The workflow is designed for procurement teams that need evidence before approving a replacement supplier, not only a catalog torque rating.
Nameplate, 2D/3D drawing, interface dimensions, service factor, and application assumptions are checked before quotation lock.
Steel grade, forged blank condition, incoming dimensions, and material certificate requirements are aligned with project scope.
Gear profiles, shafts, bores, pilots, mounting faces, and housing datum features are controlled by drawing revision.
Case depth, HRC target, distortion risk, and post-treatment dimensional stability are reviewed for critical gears and shafts.
CMM, runout, concentricity, pitch, lead, backlash, and shaft/bore dimensions are inspected against agreed CTQ points.
Bearing preload, lubrication, sealing, temperature rise, vibration, and noise are checked before outgoing release.

Not automatically. Standard outgoing checks are included, while detailed CMM, material, run-in, noise, or heat-rise reports should be specified in the RFQ so they can be priced and scheduled correctly.
We start with drawing and nameplate review, then freeze CTQ dimensions such as shaft height, pilot, bore, bolt circle, backlash, shaft direction, and mounting position before sample release.
Typical export projects can be reviewed under FOB, CIF, or DAP depending on buyer forwarder preference, destination, shipment size, and required insurance or door delivery support.
